This is free on T-Mobile web and walk, or was when I bought it.
The central button surround is plastic and mine is showing signs of wear after a month. It would have been nicer in metal - maybe the 6300 or 6500 central surround might fit?

It happened to my 6280 raz, But it was on the edges of the plastic.
My button has nothing wrong so far
Very nice phone, just buy it 2 month ago (black) and then i give it to my sister, and then i just buy another one (white), cool feature, the phone so great, just lack of battery life, but its still ok, n then easy to heat if i use it as a modem. but totally, i give it 8.5 to 10 :) if nokia give wifi on this phone, i give it 9.5 :)

Although this phone is so basic, it is indeed a very reliable phone. Highly recommend it.
