GTA Vice City Stories on PSP , Glitch

I was just playing Vice City Stories and was chillin' out and i came across this!
I was in an ambulance and i saw a van stuck to a bridge upside-down??
This is a funny glitch i just had to take a picture of it, i've pointed with arrows to where the van is.

Well it looks like another great looking phone from nokia with kinda decent features although the battery is quite bad.
